1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "777taz" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service accessible at 777taz.com, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Player", "You" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on 777taz or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on 777taz following successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds, bonus credits, and winnings held in a Player's account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a game outcome, sports event, or other contingency offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload offers, or free bet credits credited to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and age verification process required by 777taz before processing withdrawals.
• "Services" means the totality of games, sports markets, promotions, customer support, and ancillary features made available on the Platform.

Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "including" or "includes" are not limiting.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777taz Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 777taz Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the 777taz Platform. Your continued use of 777taz following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account on 777taz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are registering the Account voluntarily and on your own behalf;
• You are not excluded from using gambling services by any self-exclusion programme, court order, or regulatory restriction applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of 777taz, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

777taz reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on 777taz at any time. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777taz may close all associated accounts and, at its discretion, confiscate any winnings derived from the duplicate account.

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777taz account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.

You agree to notify 777taz support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. 777taz will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

777taz may suspend or close an Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes;
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require 777taz to restrict or terminate access.

Upon closure of an Account for any of the above reasons, 777taz reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining real-money funds will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting 777taz customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

777taz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. Supported methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed within the Player's account cashier at the time of the transaction. 777taz does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 777taz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Completion of KYC verification — including submission of a valid CNIC — is a mandatory prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to KYC clearance:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts;
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Same business day, typically within 4 hours;
• First withdrawal per account: May require up to 48 hours for additional verification checks.

777taz reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where transaction amounts are unusually high or where account activity triggers internal compliance review. Funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for wagering purposes and must not be used as a general money storage facility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777taz offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 777taz promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. 777taz reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion;
• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's account separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the promotion terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested;
• Unless stated otherwise, only wagers placed on eligible games or markets contribute toward the fulfilment of bonus wagering requirements. Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all;
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period;
• Players are entitled to hold only one active bonus at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise;
• 777taz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe the promotion is being abused or exploited.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, coordinated play to guarantee outcomes, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in voiding of all Bonus Funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on 777taz are subject to the general betting rules set out in this clause, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any Wager.

• Wagers are accepted and confirmed only when a bet slip receipt is issued. A Wager is not valid until confirmed by the Platform;
• 777taz reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual Wager, event, or market, at its sole discretion, without prior notice;
• Odds displayed on 777taz are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the Wager;
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, 777taz reserves the right to void any affected Wager and return the stake to the Player's account;
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 777taz's discretion, particularly in response to events occurring during a live fixture;
• Wagers on cricket markets — including PSL, international test matches, T20 competitions, and bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or incomplete matches are settled in accordance with 777taz cricket-specific rules published on the Platform.

777taz takes match integrity seriously. Any Player found to have insider information, or placing Wagers in connection with any form of match fixing or corrupt activity, will have their Account immediately suspended and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

777taz is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered Players via their account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time alerts to notify you of how long you have been active on the Platform during a single session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

777taz enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Mandatory CNIC-based identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed, and age verification checks may be applied at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777taz and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain a wagering advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using promotional funds, or any strategy designed to guarantee a profit from bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward 777taz staff or other Players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777taz Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 777taz or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 777taz;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any Platform software;
• Using 777taz branding or trademarks in any commercial context without authorisation;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777taz shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

777taz does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. 777taz shall not be liable for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or settlement, the records held by 777taz's systems shall be considered the definitive record, absent manifest technical error. The maximum liability of 777taz to any individual Player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the Player's real-money balance at the time of the incident.

12. Privacy & Data

777taz collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on 777taz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777taz will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the obligations of 777taz's gaming licence. All data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection standards and is secured using 256-bit SSL encryption.

13. Amendments to These Terms

777taz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777taz will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or through the registered email address associated with the Player's Account. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of 777taz following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 4.

14. Governing Law

777taz is operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777taz holds its gaming licence. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any statutory rights that may apply to you as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
